摘　　要：目的:建立注射用法莫替丁细菌内毒素检测法。方法:参照《中国药典》2010版细菌内毒素检查法进行干扰实验。结果:注射用法莫替丁稀释至0.06 mg/ml后对细菌内毒素检查无干扰作用。结论:细菌内毒素检查法用于注射用法莫替丁热源检查可靠适用。Objective： To establish a detecting method for the bacterial endotoxin in the Famotidine for injection.Methods： The interference test was conducted with reference to Chinese Pharmacopia（2010 Edition） on BET.Results： There was no interfere effect in the detection for bacterial endotoxin in the Famotidine for injection which was diluted to 0.06 mg/ml.Conclusion： It is reliable and applied for bacterial endotoxin test on pyrogen in Famotidine for injection.
