超声内镜在胃癌术前分期检查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声胃镜在胃癌术前分期检查中的应用价值。方法:对78例胃癌患者行术前超声胃镜检查及TNM分期,与术后病理检查结果比较并计算准确率。结果:超声内镜对胃癌浸润深度检测与术后病理检查相符70例,准确率为89.7%,对胃癌淋巴结转移检测与术后病理检查相符59例,准确率为75.6%。结论:超声胃镜对胃癌的TNM分期有较大的临床应用价值。Objective： To investigate the application of the endoscopic ultrasound（EUS） examination in the preoperative staging of gastric cancer.Methods： 78 patients with gastric cancer were assigned to preoperative EUS examination and TNM staging,which were compared with postoperative pathological examination results to calculate the accuracy.Results： Compared with pathological staging,70 cases of T staging and 59 cases of N staging assigned to EUS were consistent,and the accuracy of which were 89.7% and 75.6%,respectively.Conclusion： The endoscopic ultrasound for TNM staging of gastric cancer is of greater clinical value.
