摘　　要：目的:总结经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography,ERCP)严重并发症的预防处理措施。方法:收集近10年来我科开展的ERCP1175例发生的严重并发症,进行分析并总结预防处理措施。结果:本组严重并发症包括:消化道大出血6例,十二指肠穿孔4例,急性重症胆管炎3例,急性重症胰腺炎2例。无死亡病例发生。严重并发症发生率低于文献报道。结论:加强对各种ERCP术后并发症的发生及诊治的研究,不断总结经验教训,重视每一个环节,可明显降低严重并发症发生率。Objective：To summarized various prevention and treatment of acute complications following endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP）.Methods：A retrospective analysis was made on ERCP for 1175 patients and acute complications following ERCP were reviewed,we summarized prevention and treatment for the complications. no cases is deaded.Results：Bleeding was 6 cases,perforation of duodenal was 4 cases,suppurative cholangitis was 3 cases,and acute pancreatitis was 2 cases.The complications incidence rate is lower than literature.Conclusion：Constantly sum up experiences and pay attention to every link of diagnosis and treatment for ERCP, the complications incidence rates can be significantly decreased.
