摘  要:针对在恶劣环境中配电子站与配电终端之间架设专用光纤通信网络造价高、建设周期长,维护困难的现状,以及现有的通信网络覆盖范围存在盲区的实际问题,提出了一种智能配电环境感知融合网络的实现方案。该网络采用多种无线接入网相融合的架构,通过统一的环境感知控制空间和连通性单元对融合网络的资源进行调度和分配,通过环境业务接口提供配电自动化系统各类应用和服务;终端层采用智能配电终端实时感知和监测网络环境、融合处理终端信息、提供有效的切换机制和异常告警机制。本系统实用性、可扩展性、可维护性和稳定性好,网络铺设成本低,方便管理,进一步保证了通信的可靠性,扩大了网络的覆盖范围,提高了配电设备的监测水平。Setting up specialty fiber communication network between distribution substations and distribution terminals in the harsh environment causes the high cost, long construction period, difficult maintenance and blind spots in the existing communications network coverage. In view of those, a smart distribution oriented ambient composite network scheme is designed. The network has the architecture with the integration of multiple wireless access networks. Through a unified environmental awareness control space and connectivity unit, the resources of composite network are scheduled and allocated. Through environmental services interface, a variety of applications and services in the distribution automation system are provided; in the terminal layer, the intelligent power distribution terminals are used to sense and monitor network environment in real time, fuse and process terminal information, and provide effective handoff mechanism and timely exception warning mechanism. The high-quality of system availability, scalability, maintainability and stability, low-cost network rollout and convenient management can further ensure the reliability of communication, expand network coverage and improve the level of distribution equipment monitoring technology.
