摘  要:目的探讨环氧化酶-2(Cycloxygenase-2,COX-2)表达与涎腺粘液表皮样癌(mucoepidermoid carcinoma,MEG)血管生成的关系。方法免疫组化检测MEG中COX-2、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达,并测定肿瘤微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)。结果 MEG中COX-2表达与VEGF、iNOS表达密切相关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。MEG中COX-2表达阳性组和阴性组MVD有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 MEG中COX-2表达和肿瘤血管生成有关,iNOS和VEGF可能参与COX-2对肿瘤血管生成的促进作用。Objective: To explore the relationships between Cycloxygenase -2 ( COX -2 ) expression and angiogenesis in salivary glands mucoepidermoid carcinoma( MEG). Methods: The COX- 2 expression, inducible nitric oxide synthase( iNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) expression, microvessel density ( MVD ) were evalulated by immunohistochemical method. Results : The expressions of COX - 2 and iNOS, VEGF in MEG were significantly positively correlated ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ). There was significant difference in MVD between COX - 2 postive MEG and negative ones ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The present findings suggest that there is some link between COX -2 and angiogenesis in MEG, partly attributing to the effect of VEGF and iNOS.
