中药润肺汤在肺部肿瘤放疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察润肺汤对肺部肿瘤放疗时放射性肺炎及放射性肺纤维化发生率及其程度的影响。方法将76例肺癌患者随机分为观察组40例和对照组36例。两组均接受常规胸部放射治疗,其中观察组在放疗期间全程服用中药润肺汤,对照组未服药只进行单纯放疗。结果对照组放射性肺炎(≥2级)发生率36%,观察组为17.5%(P<0.05)。放疗结束后6个月放射性肺纤维化对照组发生率41.6%,观察组15%。结论中药润肺汤可以减少放射性肺炎及肺纤维化的发生率,对放射性肺损伤具有一定的预防和治疗作用。Objective ：To observe the influence of Runfei soup on the incidence of radioactive pneumonia and radioactive lung fibrosis caused by lung tumor radiation. Methods： Seventy - six patients with lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the experiment group （40 patients）and control group（36 patients）. Bothgroups received routine chest radiation therapy. The experiment group took Chinese traditional medicine Runfei soup during the radiation therapy, and the control group only pure radiation therapy. Results： The incidence of radioactive pneumonia（ ≥ level 2 ） of the control group was 36%, and the trial group was 17.5% （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of radioactive lung fibrosis of control group was 41.6% after radiation therapy for six months, and the trial group was 15%. Conclusion： Chinese traditional medicine Runfei soup can reduce the incidence of radioactive pneumonia and radioactive lung fibrosis, and can treat radioactive lung injury in some extent.
