摘　　要：在教学医院管理中,教学管理是医院文化建设与管理的重要组成部分,探索一条符合现代医学院校临床科室教学发展规律的教学管理方法具有重要的实用意义。本文通过对医学院校附属医院临床科室教学重要性和存在的问题进行分析,从教学和管理理念提出改进教学管理的措施,探索符合现代医学院校临床科室教学发展规律的教学管理方法。Teaching management is an important part of hospital culture construction and management within the teaching hospital management. It has important practical significance in finding a teaching management method according with teaching development law of clinical departments in modern medical colleges, The article analyzing teaching importance and existing problems of clinical departments in modem medical colleges, putting forward the improvement measures of teaching management and finding a teaching management method according with teaching development law of clinical departments in modern medical colleges.
