摘  要:跳深练习作为一种提高弹跳力的方法被田径以及其他项目广泛采用,但在最佳跳深高度、跳深形式和负荷等方面存在着一定争议,因此,本文采用问卷调查、实验对比及数理统计等方法探讨跳深练习对提高弹跳力的影响效果,同时研究跳深练习与连续跳跃练习对提运动员弹跳力效果的优劣。结果显示:跳深练习在缩短男运动员起跳时间上优于连续跳跃练习;其他方面跳深练习都不优于连续跳跃练习效果。本文为提高运动员弹跳力训练效果练习手段的选择提供理论依据。Plyometrics training,as a good method to improve athletes' bounce ability has been widely used in track and field training and other sports.However,there are some controversies in the height,the way and the load of the Plyometrics training etc.Therefore,by methods of experimental comparison,statistics and questionnaire,this research focuses on exploring the better way to improve the athletes' bounce ability between continuous jump training and plyometrics training.Conclusions are drawn as follows.Plyometrics training is better to shorten the bounce time than continuous jump training.However there are no different effects on other aspects of bounce aspects.This study provides theory basis for improving the training effect of the athletes' bounce ability.
