摘　　要：通过采用分散性能优良的分散剂W-511,使涂布液的分散性能得到根本改善。优选分散剂W-511的用量,控制涂布液粘度,找到最有利于无机颜料分散的条件。在湿法涂布工艺下,通过添加分散剂W-511,可以改善涂布液流平状况,避免涂布表观麻点、气泡等弊病的产生,在很大程度上提高了成品质量。Through the use of dispersing agent W-511, which with excellent dispersion properties, the coating liquid dispersion performance was improved substantially. The dispersion conditions were optimized by testing and selecting the addition amount of dispersant W-511and its coating viscosity. By adding a dispersing agent W-511. flow and leveling performance was im- proved in wet coating process, and such coating defects as pits and bubbles were consequently prohibited, which in large measure ensured the quality of the finished product.
