补康灵联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补康灵联合GP方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法将82例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组43例,对照组39例。两组均给予GP方案化疗,21 d为1个疗程。对照组只化疗,治疗组在化疗基础上,于化疗前1周开始口服补康灵50 ml/次,2次/d,直至化疗结束后1周。用药2个疗程后观察近期疗效、不良反应、免疫功能及生存质量的改善情况。结果治疗组有效率(46.51%)略优于对照组(41.03%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组骨髓抑制、疲劳发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+无显著变化(P>0.05),对照组较治疗前降低(P<0.05),两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生存质量改善率为69.2%优于对照组的45.5%(P<0.05)。结论补康灵联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌能提高患者生存质量,减轻化疗的毒副反应。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of Bukangling plus chemotherapy with gemcitabine and cisplatin（GP regimen） on advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 82 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group with 43 cases and the control group with 39 cases.The two groups were given GP chemotherapy,21 days for one course.The control group was only treated with GP regimen,the treatment group received Bukangling with 50 ml one time,two times per day,from the beginning of chemotherapy to a week after the end of chemotherapy.After two courses of treatment the effect in the near future,adverse reactions,immune function and quality of life improvement were observed and evaluated.Results The effective rate（46.51%） in the treatment group was slightly better than that of the control group（41.03%）,but there was no statistical difference（P0.05）;The inhibit bone marrow,fatigue in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P0.05）;before and after treatment group CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ did not change significantly（P0.05）,and lowered before treatment in the control group（P0.05）,the statistical difference was significant after treatment between two groups（P0.05）;the improvement in life quality in treatment group was better than that in the control group（69.2% vs 45.5%,P0.05）.Conclusion Bukangling plus GP regimen can improve the quality of life and reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy in treating with non-small cell lung cancer.
