摘　　要：随着电网自动化水平的不断提高,对通信业务的多样性、可靠性、和灵活性提出更高要求,FA16接入设备具有交叉能力强的特点,通过传输电路的2Mb/s电路实现对各子站窄带业务的接入,其组网方式灵活,为电力系统64kb/s窄带业务提供可靠通信保障。文章详细介绍了HONET综合业务接入网FA16系统的原理、特点,以及在肇庆供电局通信网中的组网应用、运行特点。With th improVement of power system automation, the diversity, reliability and flexibility of communication service are placed higher demands. FA16 has high intersection capacity and flexible networking mode. Sub-station narrowband services can be accessed through 2Mb / s transmission circuits, which guarantees the 64kb / s narrowband services in power system.This paper introduced the HONET integrated services and FA16 access network system.The full text analysed the principles, characteristics, applications and operating characteristics in Zhaoqing power supply bureau network.
