眼外伤患者行视觉电生理检查的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼外伤患者行视觉电生理检查的临床意义。方法:选择41例单眼外伤患者进行视网膜电流图(ERG)和视觉诱发电位(VEP)联合检测,比较外伤眼与正常眼的检测结果差异。结果:外伤眼P-EVPP100波幅和F-EVPP100波幅均较正常眼增加(P<0.05),P-EVP潜伏期均较正常眼明显延长(P<0.05),外伤眼F-ERGa、b波幅均较正常眼明显增大(P<0.05)。结论:眼外伤患者行视觉电生理检查有助于早期诊断和预后评价。Objective：To invesitate the clinical significance of visual electrophysiology test in patients with ocular injury.Methods：41 cases of patients with ocular injury were selected and recevied visual electroretinogram（ERG） testing and visual evoked potential（VEP） testing,and difference were contrasted between normal eye and injury eye.Results：The amplitude of P-EVPP100 and F-EVPP100 was increasing in injury eye than in normal eye,incubation period of P-EVP was sostenuto in injury eye than in nprmal eyes,the amplitude of F-ERG a and b were increasing in injury eye than in normal eye.Conclusion：Electrophysiology test in patients with ocular injury is helpful for pristine diagnosis and evaluating prognosis.
