贝复舒滴眼液联合眼用凝胶治疗眼表面损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察贝复舒滴眼液联合眼用凝胶治疗眼表面损伤的临床疗效。方法:将89例眼表面损伤患者随机分为对照组44例(44眼),观察组45例(45眼),观察组予以贝复舒滴眼液联合眼用凝胶治疗,对照组予以复方硫酸软骨素滴眼液,比较两组患者治疗2周后的临床疗效。结果:治疗2周后,观察组总有效率为100.00%,治愈率为62.22%,均高于对照组的86.36%、34.09%,差异有统计学意义。结论:贝复舒滴眼液联合眼用凝胶治疗眼表面损伤疗效确切,优于复方硫酸软骨素滴眼液。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the ocular surface injury treated by the recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with the ophthalmic gel.Methods：89 patients of ocular surface injury were divided into two groups randomly,one was the observation group,included 44 cases（44 eyes）,the other was the control group,included 45 cases（45 eyes）,the observation group were given the recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with the ophthalmic gel,and the control group were given the compound chondroitin sulfate eye drops,then the clinical efficacy were compared.Results：2 weeks after the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,the cure rate was 62.22%,both were higher than the 86.36%,34.09% of the control group,which showed significant differences.Conclusion：The efficacy of the ocular surface injury treated by the recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with the ophthalmic gel is exact,it is worth to be popularizing.
