摘 要:为研究薇菜根际土壤中氮素营养情况,利用土壤学方法研究和比较了不同生境根际土壤氮素形态、氮代谢相关酶活力及氨化作用.结果表明:(1)野生生境薇菜根际土壤的总氮含量及有效氮含量均极显著地高于栽培基地,野生生境薇菜根际土壤总氮、碱解氮和氨基态氮含量比栽培基地的高1.533.55,1.373.70和3.123.38倍,(2)铜盆水生境的薇菜根际土壤蛋白酶活力和脲酶活力极显著地高于栽培基地,分别是栽培基地的2.41和3.76倍.(3)柳州城和铜盆水生境中薇菜根际土壤的氨化作用显著地高于栽培基地,分别是栽培基地的21.45和4.25倍.For making clear nitrogen nutrient supply of Osmanda japonica Thunb.,the nitrogen forms,activity of nitrogen metabolism-related enzymes and ammoniation in its rhizospheric soil from various biotopes were analyzed and compared with the agrologic methods.The contents of total and available nitrogen in the rhizospheric soil of wild biotopes were significantly higher than those of the cultural biotope.The content of total nitrogen,alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen and amino form of the wild biotopes were 1.53~3.55,1.37~3.70 and 3.12~3.38 times,respectively,as much as those of the cultural biotope.The activities of protease and urease of the rhizospheric soil from Tongpenshui were 2.41 and 3.76 times as much as those of the cultural biotope,respectively,the difference being highly significant statistically.Ammoniation of the rhizospheric soil from Liuzhoucheng and Tongpenshui was significantly higher than that of the cultural biotope,a 21.45 and 4.25 times difference,respectively.
