摘　　要：本文阐述了多媒体计算机辅助设计（CAI）软件设计过程中脚本策划和编写与媒体数据准备这两难度较大且关键的设计步骤和方法，为设计高质量的多媒体CAI软件提供参考。This paper elaborated the plan and compilation of the script and the multimedia data prepa-ration which are more difficult and critical design steps and methods during the designing of the multi-media computer aid design software,and served reference for the best quality designing of the multimedia CAI software.
