摘  要:研究了用于挥发性有机化合物催化燃烧的金属与催化层一体化催化剂,探讨了孔径对催化剂性能的影响。根据Langm uir吸附理论,建立了催化燃烧反应动力学模型,得到了甲苯、二甲苯、环己烷在空气中催化燃烧反应动力学方程。The catalytic combustion is one of the effective methods to remove volatile organic compounds.The catalyst MnCuO x /Al 2O 3 of low cost with high thermal conductivity was prepared by anodic oxidation in sulfuric acid solution,hydration treatment and the impregnation of an aqueous solution of nitrates.The catalyst with a bigger pore radius performed better than that with a smaller one for combustion of toluene,xylene and cycylohexane in air.At the space velocity of 10 000h -1 and inlet concentration of toluene 2×10 -4 (mol/mol),the conversion of toluene was 100% under operating temperature 290℃.The combustion of xylene was almost the same as toluene,but the combustion of cyclohexane was more difficult than toluene.Finally the kientic model of combustion of toluene,xylene and cycohexane in air was presented according to Langmuir adsorption theory,the parameters were obtained by the improved Gauss Newton method.
