老年脑卒中并发肺部感染60例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:根据老年脑卒中并发肺部感染患者的临床资料,分析其临床特点及相关治疗。方法:回顾性分析2008～2010年老年脑卒中并发肺部感染60例患者的临床资料。结果:老年脑卒中并发肺部感染60例患者中治疗好转48例,死亡12例,死亡率为20%,其中重症肺炎20例,发生率为33%。结论:老年脑卒中患者并发肺部感染死亡率高,应进行及时有效的治疗,临床上更需重视预防。Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics and relevant treatment of the elderly stroke complicated by pulmonary infection on the basis of the collected clinical data.Methods：A retrospective analyzed was conducted on 60 cases with elderly stroke complicated by pulmonary infection recruited from 2008 to 2010.Results：In 60 cases of elderly stroke complicated by pulmonary infection,improvement could be found in 48 patients while 12 others died with a mortality of 20%.Among them,20 cases were diagnosed with severe pneumonia with the incidence amounting to 33%.Conclusion：Patients with elderly stroke complicated by pulmonary infection are suffering from a high mortality.Thus a prompt and effective treatment is in an urgent need and more attention should be attached to its clinical prevention.
