摘 要:液压机是具有试验性质的生产设备,本项目中液压机用来压制火炸药成型。为了提高成型制品的质量和性能,要求液压机的加载力、位移及速率可控可测,既可保持加载力恒定,也可保持加载位移的速率恒定,同时加载精度要达到试验机的水平。本文采用电液比例控制技术来实现加载调节过程的恒力控制、恒速控制和位移控制。系统用伸缩缸作为执行器,电液比例电磁阀作为信号转换调节元件,以PLC和工控机为控制核心,通过HMI人机界面对机器工作状态进行监测和控制。并通过工业以太网,实现液压机生产过程监控和管理的一体化和网络化。文中建立了系统位置闭环的数学模型并进行了仿真研究,对比了PID校正前后的响应性能。实际控制闭环采用常规PID控制算法,通过在线调整PID参数,过程控制取得了良好的效果,控制系统达到了设计的要求。Hydraulic machine is a pilot production equipment, it is used to suppress explosive forming in this project. In order to improve the quality of molding products, it requirs that the loading force, displacement and speed can be controlled and measured; Not only to maintain a constant load force, but also to maintain a constant speed of load displacement; And the load precision should achieve a test-machine level. In this paper, electro-hydraulic proportional technology is adopt to realize the constant load force control, the constant speed control and displacement control in the adjustment process. In the system, a telescopic hydraulic cylinder is used as actuator, electro- hydraulic proportional valve as signal transformation component, PLC and IPC as control core, and the working status of machine is moni- tored and controlled via the HMI interface. Integration and networking of monitoring and management of the machine is achieved through the industrial Ethernet. The mathematical model of the position closed-loop is established and the analysed by comparing the performance of the model before and after PID correction in this article. Conventional PID algorithm is adopt in the actual closed-loop, by adjusting the PID parameters online, the process control achieved a good result, the control system met the design requirments.
