摘　　要：市场结构中的竞争与垄断因素对企业的技术创新行为产生重要影响。通过总结学术界围绕M.Kamiem和N.Schwartz(1982)"中等程度竞争的市场结构"与技术创新关系的讨论,利用"最优专利保护期"模型,探讨哈佛学派与芝加哥学派对SCP框架的争论,提出市场结构是连接技术创新行为与技术创新动因(预期利润)的中间因素。在技术创新不确定性客观存在的情况下,市场结构对企业的创新行为产生重要影响。Competition and monopoly in market structure have an important impact to enterprise technological innovation. By summarizing the academic discussion around the relationship between ＂moderately competitive market structure＂ （ M. Kamiem and N. Schwartz, 1982） and technological innovation, ＂optimal patent protection＂ model is employed, to discuss the argument on SCP framework between Harvard School and Chicago School, whereby that market structure is the intermediate factor to connect technological in- novation and it＇s motivation （expected profit） is proposed. In case of objective existence of uncertainty in technological innovation, market structure has an important impact on enterprise innovative behaviors.
