摘　　要：本文讨论了步进频率编码信号的模糊函数，提出了一种正负步进频率编码信号及其处理方法。该信号克服了常规步进频率编码信号存在距离一速度耦合的缺点，具有较高的目标距离－速度联合分辨力和较强的杂波抑制能力，并且采用相应的信号处理方法可同时完成对目标速度的精确测量。The ambiguity function of step frequency coded signal is discussed. An up-down step frequency coded signal waveform is designed with its processing method. With high range-velocity resolution and good performance of clutter suppression, the signal eliminates the coupling effect between range and velocity caused by normal step frequency coded signal, and its processing method can accomplish the precise measurement of target velocity.
