摘 要:根据叉车铸造转向桥的组成结构和技术特点,结合某型叉车铸造转向桥设计实践和试验结果,对比分析铸造转向桥与焊接转向桥的优缺点,采用ANSYS Workbench11.0工程CAE分析软件,对焊接桥桥体和铸造桥桥体在最大垂直力工况和最大侧向力下的变形量,以及应力变化进行仿真分析,并在此基础上对桥体进行30万次的疲劳试验和桥体应力、应变测量。结果表明,铸造转向桥的各项性能均优于焊接转向桥,证明所提出的设计方案正确可行。According to the construction and technique features of the forklift truck's cast steering axle,the study comparesthe advantage and disadvantage between cast steering axles and welded ones,based on the design practice and test result of a certain type of forklift truck's cast steering axle.Simulated analysis has been made to observe their deformation and stress variation under max vertical load and max lateral force thru ANSYS Workbench 11.0,an engineering CAE analytical software.On the basis of the simulated analysis,30,000 fatigue tests have been carried out and corresponding stress and strain to the axle body have been measured.It's been proved that the performance of cast steering axle is better than that of welded one,which shows the design is correct and feasible.
