摘　　要：目的了解噪声对冶金设备厂作业工人听力的影响。方法选取115名噪声作业工人为调查组,行政和后勤人员93名为对照组,对两组人员的听力情况进行调查分析。结果调查组的听力损失为20.0%,明显高于对照组的7.52%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.48,P<0.01),并且听力损失随着接触噪声工龄的增加而增加。结论噪声对常熟市冶金设备厂作业工人听力存在影响。[Objective]To understand the effect of noise on hearing ability of workers in a metallurgical equipment factory. [Methods]The hearing examination was performed on 115 workers with noise exposure（investigation group） and 93 administrative and support workers（control group） [Results]The rate of hearing loss was 20.0% in investigation group,significantly higher than 7.52% of control group（χ2=6.48,P0.01）.The hearing loss levels increased with the extending length of service. [Conclusion]Noise affects hearing of workers in a metallurgical equipment factory of Changshu City.
