2006—2010年扬州城区集体儿童体格发育与营养问题调查

摘　　要：目的分析2006—2010年扬州城区集体儿童的体格发育和营养问题,为该市儿童保健工作提供科学依据。方法采集近5年扬州城区在园儿童的六一体检资料,描述并分析在园儿童的身高、体重、肥胖、营养不良(低体重,消瘦,发育迟缓)及贫血状况。结果①近5年,扬州城区托幼机构儿童的体重和身高达标率分别由2006年的65.09%和68.86%上升至2010年的74.44%和76.33%,但男生的体重和身高达标率比女生低,3和4岁组儿童的体重和身高达标率比其他年龄组低。②儿童肥胖的患病率持续5年增高,由5.00%增加到8.57%,占儿童营养问题首位。轻度贫血和营养不良的患病率均有所下降,分别从4.01%和0.96%降为2.99%和0.62%。结论扬州城区托幼机构儿童的体格发育趋势良好,贫血及营养不良状况有所改善。集体儿童的肥胖问题严峻,应当积极采取有效措施,防治儿童肥胖,促进其健康成长。[Objective]To analyze the children＇s physical development and nutrition in kindergartens of Yangzhou City during 2006 to 2010,and provide the scientific evidence for child health care. [Methods]The children＇s examinational data in the kindergartens of Yangzhou city of the recent 5 years were collected to describe and analyze the height,weight,obesity,malnutrition（underweight,thin,growth retardation） and anemia. [Results]① In the past 5 years,the compliance rates of children＇s weight and height（length） in the kindergartens of Yangzhou City increased from 65.09% and 68.86% in 2006 to 74.44% and 76.33% in 2010,but those of boys and 3~4 years old group were lower than girls and other age groups respectively.②Obesity was the first nutrition problem to the children,the prevalence rate continued to increase from 5.00% to 8.57% in the past 5 years.The prevalence rates of mild anemia and malnutrition decreased from 4.01% and 0.96% to 2.99% and 0.62%. [Conclusion]The development tendency of the children＇s physical development in kindergartens in urban Yangzhou is fine.The situation of anemia and malnutrition are improved.Childhood obesity is serious problem,it is necessary ottake effective measures to control it to promote their healthy.
