摘  要:建立了某大客车车身骨架结构有限元梁单元模型,并进行了静态工况下的刚度和强度分析。分析结果表明,该客车车身结构局部刚度偏小,应力偏大。通过正交试验得到各子工况最优权重系数组合,以局部大应力区作为拓扑空间,以加权柔度为目标函数,约束拓扑空间的质量分数,进行多工况拓扑结构优化。优化结果表明,在质量略有增加情况下,该客车车身结构模态特性得到改善,刚度和强度得到提高,车身结构更加合理。A finite element beam model of the body structure of a large-sized bus is constructed,and then static strength and stiffness analysis are performed on the model.The result shows that some local areas of the bus body have inadequate stiffness and high stresses.The optimal combination of weight factors is achieved through orthogonal test,and then multi-case topology optimization is conducted with local areas of high stresses being the design dome,weighting flexibility being the objective function and mass fraction of the design dome being constrained.Results of the optimization show that while the weight of the body structure is slightly increased,modal performance,stiffness and strength of the bus body are improved,more reasonable body structure is obtained.
