摘　　要：本文依据道德社会化相关理论,从研究生个体道德社会化的社会道德心理机制、社会道德行为机制和社会道德角色机制建设三个方面,系统阐释研究生个体道德社会化的微观机制建设问题。Paper based on the theory of social ethics, social ethics from the individual graduate student of social and psychological mechanisms, social and moral behavior mechanism and the role of social and moral construction of three aspects of the mechanism, the system of individual students to explain the microscopic mechanisms of social and moral building.
