摘　　要：目的　探讨糖蛋白在血清诱导肿瘤细胞凝集中的作用。方法　体外测定生化处理的小鼠血清诱导的黑色素瘤细胞凝集率。结果　盐析、蛋白酶及高碘酸等处理血清导致其诱导细胞凝集的活性极大降低或丧失，热处理对血清活性影响较小。结论　糖蛋白可能是血清中主要的肿瘤细胞凝集因子。Objective This study was to probe into the effects of glycoproteins in murine sera on tumor cell agglutination.Methods The aggregation of B16 murine melanoma cells induced by biochemically treated and untreated murine sera was quantified in vitro.Results The pronase digestion,periodate oxidation and salt out of sera extremely reduced B16 cell aggregation.In addition,the agglutination activities of both normal and benign sera were more stable to hot than one of malignant sera.Conclusion it is suggested that the glycoproteins be principal tumor agglutinating factor in murine sera. [
