摘　　要：目的　观察鼻内窥镜下进行垂体肿瘤切除术的效果。方法　在鼻内窥镜良好的照明、图象放大及清晰的术野下经鼻中隔、蝶窦径路进行垂体肿瘤切除术２１ 例。结果　手术后随访６ 个月到２ 年，复发２例，其余１９ 例临床症状减轻或消失，效果较满意。结论　鼻内窥镜下垂体肿瘤手术能准确判断重要解剖结构、方法简便、损伤小、容易取得成功。Objective The effect of the resection of pituitary tumors under nasal endoscope was reviewed. Methods 21 pituitary tumors were resected under good illumination、 image magnification and clear operative field of view through nasal septum、 sphenoid sinus access. Results Through six month to two year postoperative follow-up, two cases recurred, the others′ clinical symptoms were relieved or disappeared; the effect was satisfactory. Conclusions The operation under nasal endoscope of pituitary tumors can accurately judge important anatomical structures, the methods were easy and had minimal damage, success can be easily made. [
