高聚金葡素配合化疗治疗中晚期肝癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察高聚金葡素对中晚期肝癌的治疗作用。方法　７５ 例中晚期肝癌随机分成两组进行研究，治疗组用高聚金葡素（ＢＭ８２８） 加氟脲脱氧核苷（ＦＵＤＲ） 治疗；对照组单用ＦｕＤＲ。结果　治疗组症状好转率、腹水好转率、近期有效率、ＡＦＰ下降幅度均明显高于对照组；白细胞下降人数明显低于对照组，差异有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０－０５） ，治疗组病人的Ｋａｒｎａｆｓｋｙ’ｓｓｃａｌｅ 状态评分较对照组有不同程度提高。结论　ＢＭ８２８ 对中晚期病人不仅有治疗作用，而且可以升高白细胞，改善生活质量。Objective The rapeutic effects of higly agglutinative staphylococcin (BM 828 ) were observed in patients with middle or late stage PHC(primary hepatic carcinoma). Mathods 75 patients with PHC in middle or late stage were randomly classified into two groups: the control group treated with Fluoro-deoxyuridine (FUDR) and the treated gourp with BM 828 and FUDR. Results Symptom relief degree, overall response rate, ascites relief degree and AFP decrease scale were significantly higher in the treated group compared with the control group ( P <0.05). The cases with WBC≤4.0×10 9/L in the treated group were much lower than in the control group. The patients karnafshy's scale was improved to someextent in the treated group. Conclussions BM 828 has some therapeutic effects on patients with PHC, it can also improve patient's life quality. [
