摘　　要：目的了解四川省两市教师吸烟状况及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查两市725名医生,描述其吸烟现状;应用二分类logistic回归模型探讨男性教师吸烟的影响因素。结果两市教师吸烟率为16.4%,其中,男性吸烟率为40.8%,女性吸烟率为0.1%。影响男教师吸烟的主要因素有工龄、家庭禁烟规定。结论关注参加工作不久教师的健康教育,积极调动吸烟者的主观意识,利用家庭和社会支持网络,降低教师吸烟率,从而间接影响青少年的吸烟率。Objective To investigate the current situation of smoking among teachers in two cities of Sichuan,and analyze its influence factors.Methods Totally 725 teachers were surveyed with questionnaire to describe their current situation of smoking.and influence factors of male teachers＇ smoking were analyzed with binary logistic regression.Results The smoking rate of teachers in the two cities was 16.4% in total,in males and in females were 20.8% and 0.1% respectively.The main factors influencing smoking in male teachers were as follows： years of working,and the extent of prohibition on smoking at home.Conclusion It is essential to make focus on the health education of teachers who has just work for a short time.And family and social support is to be used to help smoking teachers to stop smoking,thereby influence the adolescent＇s behavior indirectly.
