摘 要:目的:抑制素(INH) 单克隆抗体α、βA、βB亚基在生殖系统肿瘤组织中的免疫组化定位研究,并探讨INH与乳腺癌的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法,检测4 例卵巢颗粒细胞瘤、4 例睾丸支持细胞瘤,5 例睾丸精原细胞瘤及40 例乳腺浸润性导管癌INHα、βA、βB各亚基的表达。结果:卵巢颗粒细胞瘤、睾丸支持细胞瘤,睾丸精原细胞瘤各亚基皆呈阳性反应。40 例乳腺癌浸润性导管癌中INHα、βA、βB阳性率分别为72.5% ,77.5% 和70.0 % ,各亚基阳性率无明显差异( P> 0.05) 。结论:INH除在生殖细胞中阳性表达外,在乳腺癌表达阳性率超过70 % 。Aims:To study the immunohitochemistry in cancer tissues related with using the INH antibodies which were made by ourselves and the relationship between INH and breast cancer.Methods: Expression of the INH's α,βA and βB subunits were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 4 case of human ovarian granulosa cell tumours, 4 cases of testical leydig cell tumours, 5 cases of spermatogonia tumours, and 40 cases of breast cancers. Results:Each subunit of the INH had positive reaction in the ovarian granulosa cell tumours,the testical spermatognia tumours and the testical leydig cell tumours.In 40 samples of breast cancers, subunit positive rates were 72.5%,77.5% and 70%, respectively, and the positive rate of each INH subunit had no significant difference between them ( P >0.05).Conclusion: The INH's McAb prepared by ourselves were usefullness. We first found that the positive rate of INH subunit in breast cancer exceeded to 70%.
