载脂蛋白E在正常和病变肝组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的：探讨载脂蛋白Ｅ（ＡｐｏＥ） 在正常和病变肝组织中的免疫定位分布。方法：应用免疫组化ＳＰ法分别检测正常和病变肝组织ＡｐｏＥ的表达，正常肝组织１２ 例（ 正常肝组织３ 例，癌旁正常肝组织９ 例） ，病毒性肝炎６ 例，肝硬化２２ 例，肝癌３０ 例（Ⅰ级Ⅱ级１３ 例，Ⅲ级Ⅳ级１７ 例） ，肝母细胞癌６ 例，肝海绵状血管瘤４ 例。结果：ＡｐｏＥ 在正常肝细胞广泛表达，为胞浆表达，在临近肝窦一面的肝细胞为胞膜表达，Ｋｕｐｆｆｅｒ 细胞表达阳性，肝内胆管上皮和肝血管内皮细胞不表达；在肝炎、肝硬化、分化较好的肝癌（Ⅰ、Ⅱ级） 表达，在分化较差的肝癌、肝母细胞瘤不表达。Aims: To study apolipoprotein E(apo E)expression between normal and abnormal liver tissues,and to indicate the relationship between the apo E and the biologial activity of hepatocyte. Methods: Expression of apo E was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 12 cases of normal liver,6 of virus hepatitis, 22 of liver cirrhosis, 30 of primary liver carcinoma (gradeⅠandⅡlevel:13,grade ⅢandⅣ : 17 ),6 of hepatoblastoma, 4 of cavernous hemangioma. Results: Apo E immunoreactivity was found widely in hepatocyte, located in cytoplasm.The plasma membrane of the hepatocyte facing the sinusoid was stained. Most of the kuffer cells contained some reaction products. The bile duct epithelial cells and endothelial cells of the blood vessels showed negative staining.Liver carcinoma (gradeⅠandⅡ) showed positive staining,and liver carcinoma (gradeⅢ、Ⅳ) showed negative staining. Conclusion: The results idicate that apoE may relate to the functional activity of hepatocyte, suggesting that immunohistochemical study for apo E may help to distinguish the malignancy from benign liver neoplasms.
