抑癌基因 P_21 CIP_1/WAF_1在食管癌中的表达及其预后意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨P21CIP1/ WAF1在食管癌中的表达状况及临床意义。方法:运用免疫组化技术(SP法)检测了P21CIP1 / WAF1在38例食管癌中的表达。结果:P21CIP1/ WAF1在食管癌中表达率为50% ,与正常对照差异有显著性(P<0.05)。P21 CIP1/WAF1表达与食管癌分化程度(P<0.05)、病理分期(P<0.005)和淋巴结转移(P<0.005)有关,而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、病理类型、肿瘤浸润深度无关(P >0.05)。结论:食管癌中P21CIP1/ WAF1低表达预示食管癌的进展和高度恶性倾向。Purpose: To discuss the expression of P21 CIP1/WAF1 in carcinoma of the esophagus and prognosis respectively. Method: 38 cases of carcinoma of the esophagus were studied by immunohistoche-mical technique. Results: The positive rates of P21 CIP1/WAF1 expression in carcinoma of the esophagus were 50%, and there was a significant difference between carcinoma of the esophagus and normal control group (P<0.05). Expression of P21 CIP1/WAF1 in carcinoma of the esophagus was related to its histologi-cal types (P < 0.05), pathologic grading (P < 0.005) and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.005), but it did not correlate with age, gender, tumor dimension, pathologic classification and depth of invasion ( P > 0.05). Conclusion: These finds suggest that reduction of P21 CIP1/WAF1 protein may be reflect the progression and high-grade malignancy of carcinoma of the esophagus and may be a useful indicator of prognosis.
