女性假两性畸形阴蒂肥大手术治疗4例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨应用保留阴蒂背侧血管神经束为蒂的阴蒂缩小整形术治疗女性假两性畸形阴蒂肥大的方法及临床效果。方法对2008年8月-2010年8月收治4例女性假两性畸形阴蒂肥大患者的临床资料、手术方法以及随访资料进行分析,并进行相关文献复习。结果 4例女性假两性畸形阴蒂肥大患者,术后再造之阴蒂完全成活,感觉敏锐,外阴形态满意。结论保留阴蒂背侧血管神经束为蒂的阴蒂缩小整形术,可在改善阴蒂外观的同时,保留其感觉及勃起功能,是阴蒂肥大缩小整形的理想方法。Objective To study the effect of clitoroplasty with preservation of glans clitoris and dorsal-neurovascular pedicle on clitorism in female patients with pseudohermaphroditism.Methods Clinical data,surgical methods and follow-up data about 4 female clitorism patients with pseudohermaphroditism admitted to our hospital from August 2008 to August 2010 were retrospectively analyzed and its related literature was reviewed.Results The reconstructed clitoris survived in 4 female patients with pseudohermaphroditism,with a sensitive feeling and a satisfactory contour.Conclusion Clitoroplasty with preservation of glans clitoris and dorsal-neurovascular pedicle is an ideal procedure for clitorism,which can improve the appearance of clitoris and preserve the sensation and erection functions of clitoris.
