生涯发展视角下的高校辅导员职业压力探析

摘　　要：从生涯和生涯发展的视角入手,阐述了高校辅导员职业发展中的职业满足感、面对的职业压力以及发展需求等个人感知维度上的职业压力和专业成长维度上的职业压力等二维职业压力;从外力挤压、心理因素、生理因素等方面概括了高校辅导员面对职业压力的表现。在此基础上,提出了提升辅导员职业能力、健全保障机制与制度、依靠朋辈支持等化解辅导员生涯发展中的职业压力的举措。From the perspective of career and career development, college counselors＇ occupational stress in two dimensions of personal perception and professional development, such as the job satisfaction, professional pressure faced and demand for development is expounded. College counselors＇ performances under occupational stress are described in the regards of external compression, psychological and physiological factors. Accordingly the measures to resolve college counselors＇ occupational stress are proposed in terms of improving their vocational ability, perfecting security system and relying on peer support.
