偏头痛实验模型建立与指标评价的探讨

摘　　要：结合偏头痛的病因病机,从血管源学说、神经源性学说、三叉神经血管学说、遗传因素等方面对偏头痛实验模型的制备进行系统地概括;同时从血管、神经、基因及蛋白组学等方面对药效评价指标进行归类,建立一套完整的指标评价体系,为偏头痛的实验设计提供一些思路。本文对偏头痛实验思路进行系统而全面地探讨,为偏头痛的临床研究及新药的开发提供新的思路。With reference to the basis of migraine pathogenesis,we systematically summarized experimental model of migraine preparation from the aspects of vascular theory,neurogenic theory,trigeminal vascular theory,genetic factors and ect.Pharmacodynamic indexes were classified from vascular,nerve,genes,proteomics and so on.Comprehensive indexes assessment system about migraine pathogenesis has been established.In this paper,experimental ideas of migraine were comprehensively investigated,which provide some new ideas for clinical research and new drugs development.
