针药三种不同疗法治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床效应分析

摘　　要：目的:比较电针、中药、针药结合三种不同疗法治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床治疗效应。方法:将确诊为围绝经期抑郁症的患者随机分为电针组、中药组和针药结合组各40例,治疗1个月后观察比较其改良Kupperman评分、Hamilton抑郁量表评分及血清雌二醇(E2)含量。结果:电针组的改良Kupperm评分治疗前为28.20±2.42,治疗后为12.50±2.02,总有效率为72.5%;Hamilton抑郁量表评分治疗前为24.72±0.45,治疗后为10.60±1.12,总有效率为75%;血清E2含量治疗前为(29.50±12.38)pg/ml,治疗后为(46.36±17.7)pg/ml。中药组的改良Kupperm评分治疗前为30.72±2.47,治疗后为13.30±2.06,总有效率为70.0%;Hamilton抑郁量表评分治疗前为25.37±0.60,治疗后为11.17±1.20,总有效率为72.5%;血清E2含量治疗前为(36.27±11.95)pg/ml,治疗后为(46.56±22.34)pg/ml。针药结合组的改良Kupperm评分治疗前为33.67±1.84,治疗后为13.52±1.91,总有效率为72.5%;Hamilton抑郁量表评分治疗前为25.30±0.75,治疗后为10.12±1.35,总有效率为75.0%;血清E2含量治疗前为(37.77±20.47)pg/ml,治疗后为(55.13±28.26)pg/ml。3组比较,P>0.05。结论:无论电针或中药汤剂或针药结合对本病都有一定的治疗效果,三者疗效无明显差异。Objective：To compare the clinical curative effects of electroacupuncture,herbal medicine and electroacupuncture plus herbal medicine in treatment of perimenopausal depression.Methods：The patients diagnosed definitely with perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group,Chinese herbal medicine group and electroacupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine group,40 patients in each group,the modified Kupperman scores,the scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and serum estradiol contents in the three groups were compared at one month after treatment.Results：In electroacupuncture group,the modified Kupperman scores before and after treatment were（28.20±2.42） and（12.50±2.02）,respectively,the total effective rate was 72.5%;the scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale before and after treatment were（24.72±0.45） and（10.60±1.12）,respectively,the total effective rate was 75%;the serum estradiol contents before and after treatment were（29.50±12.38） pg/ml and（46.36±17.7） pg/ml,respectively.In Chinese herbal medicine group,the modified Kupperman scores before and after treatment were（30.72±2.47） and（13.30±2.06）,respectively,the total effective rate was 70%;the scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale before and after treatment were（25.37±0.60） and（11.17±1.20）,respectively,the total effective rate was 72.5%;the serum estradiol contents before and after treatment were（36.27±11.95） pg/ml and（46.56±22.34） pg/ml,respectively.In electroacupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine group,the modified Kupperman scores before and after treatment were（33.67±1.84） and（13.52±1.91）,respectively,the total effective rate was 72.5%;the scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale before and after treatment were（25.30±0.75） and（10.12±1.35）,respectively,the total effective rate was 75.0%;the serum estradiol contents before and after treatment were（37.77 ±20.47） pg/ml and（55.13±28.26） pg/ml,respectively.There was no signifi
