膀胱移行细胞癌中c-erbB-2的DNA、mRNA和癌蛋白的检测

摘　　要：目的　了解ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２ 在膀胱移行细胞癌的变化。　方法　应用ＤＮＡＤＮＡ原位杂交、ＤＮＡＲＮＡ原位杂交和免疫组织化学技术检测了膀胱移行细胞癌中ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２ 的ＤＮＡ、ｍＲＮＡ和癌蛋白。　结果　在２１ 例标本中，癌蛋白超表达７ 例，其中６ 例伴高丰度的ｍＲＮＡ，３ 例还伴有ＤＮＡ扩增。　结论　ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２ 的变化与膀胱移行细胞癌的低分化和浸润性有关，免疫组织化学可以作为检测膀胱移行细胞癌中ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２PURPOSE To investigate the relationship between c erb B 2 gene bladder cancer.METHODS C erb B 2 DNA、mRNA and oncogene protein in bladder cancer were investigated using DNA DNA in situ hybridization、DNA RNA in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical method.RESULTS Overexpression of oncogene protein was identfied in 7 out of 27. Amplification of c erb B 2 DNA was found in 3 out of 27, overexpression of c erb B 2 mRNA was observed in 6 out of 27.CONCLUSIONS These results suggest that the c erb B 2 gene associated with low grade and late stage bladder cancer,and immunohistochemical technique may be a useful method in the detection of c erb B 2 gene in bladder cancer.
