甘露醇和复方甘油对大鼠急性期局灶脑缺血凋亡相关基因Bc1-2、bax表达影响的对比研究

摘　　要：目的研究甘露醇和复方甘油对凋亡调控基因的影响，从而证实其脑保护作用。方法采用免疫组化方法观察甘露醇和复方甘油对Ｂｃｌ－２、ｂａｘ表达的影响。结果甘露醇和复方甘油均能抑制神经细胞凋亡．但二者相比甘露醇效果更为明显。结论在脑梗死急性期应首选甘露醇，也可将甘露醇与复方甘油两药合用，以增强疗效。Objective To approve the cerebral protection function of mannitol and glycerol by analyzing their effect on apoptosis controlling genes. Methods Immunohistochemical method to observethe effect of mannitol and glecerol on Bcl-2 and bax gene expression. Results Both mannitol and glycerol can inhibit neuronal apoptosis,while mannitol is more effective. Conclusion Mnnitol is prefered inacute stage of cerebral ischemia,and the combination of mannitol and glycerol is also acceptable.
