摘  要:民办幼儿园存在师资队伍结构不合理,教师队伍不稳定,在职培训实效不佳等问题。需要大力扩充学前教育师资,合理调整师资结构,加强民主管理,组织并开展覆盖范围广、时效性强的在职培训。As China's "Outline" issued,many provinces,cities and counties issued "Pre-Education Action Plan in Three Years",and actively carried out researches,which is aimed to understand the recent developments of Pre-school teachers and resolve the problems that are existed.During the research,the authors found that the structure of Pre-school teachers is irrational,the teachers working-stability is low,and the job trainings are effectiveless.Therefore,the authors strongly suggest that we should expand the quantity of Pre-school teachers,implement democratic management as people-oriented,and organize or carry out job trainings which are covered in a large scope and efficient.
