摘  要:用SD大鼠100只,雌雄各半,其中雌雄各20只自由饮用05%醋酸铅重蒸水溶液,其余饮用不含铅重蒸水.染毒90d,抽查血铅.染毒大鼠血铅均数为281μmol/L,显著高于非染毒大鼠的466μmol/L.停止染毒后,将上述动物按实验设计要求分为5组,按1∶1合笼交配.交配2周后取出雄鼠,使母鼠自然分娩.子代大鼠于出生后8周每窝抽取4~5只,雌雄各半,用Y型迷路进行神经行为功能测定.测定结果表明,父代、母代染毒,或父母均染毒的子代大鼠的学习、记忆能力均显著低于对照组,母鼠在哺乳期染毒的子代大鼠的学习、记记能力与对照组比较略有差异,但差异不显著.以上研究结果提示,铅的神经毒作用可通过父、母的遗传作用而影响到子代。One hundred SD rats were divided into five groups as follows: group I was thecontrol group; the males (group II), the females ( group III) and both the males and females ( group IV) were exposed to lead with 0 5% lead acetate in drinking water for three months before mating; in group V, neither the males nor the females were exposed to lead before mating, but the females were exposed to lead during the breast feeding period. The learning and memory ability of their offspring were studied with an Y-shaped electric maze. The results showed that the learning and memory ability of offspring rats in groups II~IV were significantly lower than those in the control group. But there was no significant difference between group V and the control group. It suggests that the neurotoxic effect of lead could affect the young rats through their parents genetic gene, which can destroy their neurobehavioral function and intellectual growth.
