摘　　要：目的：探讨Ａ型肉毒毒素对面肌痉挛的远期疗效及副作用。方法：对１２２例面肌痉挛病人进行面部多点注射Ａ型肉毒毒素，对其疗效进行书信、电话或门诊随访。结果：Ａ型肉毒毒素治疗的总有效率为９６．０９％ （１７２／１７９），副作用主要为短期上睑下垂、患侧眼流泪，复视；重复注射不能延长面肌痉挛的复发时间；其疗效与病程长短和病情严重程度有关，病程越长，病情越重，有效时间越短。结论：Ａ型肉毒毒素对面肌痉挛是一种有效的治疗手段，但作用有限，反复注射不能控制其复发；病情越轻、治疗时间越早，疗效持续时间越长。Objective: To study the long term therapeutic effects of botulinum toxin type A on hem ifacialspasm .Methods: 122 cases ofhem ifacialspasm were treated with botulinum toxin type A and follow ed up through letters,telephone callsorpersonalvisits.Results:Theefficientrate was96.09% (172/ 179 injections) in the 122 cases. Them ain sideeffectsw ereptosis,lacrim ation and diplopia.Theduration of im provem entwas not prolonged with consecutive injections after the first4 injections. Patients with m ore severe spasm and longer course were aptto havea shorterperiod ofrem ission.Conclusion: Botulinum toxin type A is an effective therapy for hem ifacialspasm ,which is lim ited with its short duration of action. Patientsw ith lessseverespasm and shortercourse m ay havea longer period ofremission.
