大肠癌组织CD44v6的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨血清透明质酸（ＨＡ）及大肠癌组织中ＣＤ４４ｖ６的表达对大肠癌预后的判断价值。方法：６０例大肠癌患者血清ＨＡ含量采用放免法检测，大肠癌组织ＣＤ４４ｖ６ 的表达采用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法。结果：６０ 例大肠癌组织中，有ＣＤ４４ｖ６检出者４５例，占７５％ ，Ｄｕｋｅｓ Ｃ、Ｄ期及有淋巴结转移者其ＣＤ４４ｖ６ 的表达明显高于Ｄｕｋｅｓ Ａ、Ｂ期及无淋巴结转移者（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），ＣＤ４４ｖ６ 的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分化及类型无关；Ｄｕｋｅｓ Ｃ、Ｄ期及有淋巴结转移的患者其血清ＨＡ水平明显高于Ｄｕｋｅ Ａ、Ｂ期及无淋巴结转移的患者（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；随着ＣＤ４４ｖ６表达增强，血清中ＨＡ水平亦逐渐增加。Objective: To explore the value ofhylauronicacid (HA) in serum and CD44v6 in cancerous tissue in predicting the prognosis of colorectal cancer. Methods: The concentration of HA in serum and expression of CD44v6 in the cancerous tissue in 60 cases of colorectal cancer were determ ined with radioim m unologicalassay and im m unohistochem istry respectively. Results: The expression ofCD44v6 was seen in 45 outofthe60cases.Theconcentration ofHAin serum and expression ofCD44v6 in thecancerous tissue w ere significantly higher in patientsofDukesstagesofCand Dorwith lymph nodem etastasis than in those ofDukes stages ofA and Bor withoutlym ph node m etastasis (P< 0.01). The concentration ofHA was increased along w ith the enhancem ent ofthe expression ofCD44v6. Conclusion: Concentration ofHA and expression ofCD44v6 are both im portantindexesforpredicting prognosisofcolorectalcancer.
