摘  要:目的研究极低频率电磁场(ELF)对肝癌细胞死亡结构域沉默子(SODD)和凋亡抑制基因Survivin基因表达的影响,探索ELF在肝癌治疗中的作用。方法应用RT-PCR和流式细胞仪(FCM)检测经ELF处理的肝癌细胞系BEL-7402的SODD和Survivin基因表达情况,并以L-02肝细胞为正常对照,分析ELF对肝癌细胞SODD和Sur-vivin基因表达的影响。结果经ELF处理后,BEL-7402细胞SODD和Survivin基因表达均明显下降(P<0.05),而对L-02细胞无影响(均P>0.05)。结论 ELF能促进肝癌细胞凋亡,为临床应用ELF治疗肝癌提供了线索。Objective To examine the effects of extremely low frequency electromagnetic field(ELF) on gene expression of silencer of death domains(SODD) and Survivin in hepatoma cell lines,which may indicate the role of ELF in the treatment of live cancer.Methods The hepatoma cell lines BEL-7402 and L-02 liver cells were treated by ELF and the gene expression of SODD and Survivin were analyzed by RT-PCR and FCM,in which L-02 liver cells was served as the control.Results The results of RT-PCR showed that the expression of SODD(68.8%) and Survivin(70.9%)went down in hepatoma cell lines(P0.05) and did not change in L-02 liver cells(P0.05) after the treatment of ELF.Conclusion ELF may facilitate apoptosis in the hepatoma cell lines.Therefore,ELF may play a role in the treatment of live cancer in further.
