摘 要:考虑铜板结构和连铸坯凝固特性,以二者接触区域为纽带,建立热一力耦合的有限元分析模型,通过耦合计算,总结出了板坯在连铸结晶器中宽窄面方向上的坯壳表面温度、坯壳生长行为及界面气隙状态沿拉坯方向上的变化规律,为分析和解决连铸坯在结晶器中产生的质量问题、设计或优化有漏钢预报的测温热电偶布置提供了理论依据。Considering of the copper plate structures and solidification characteristic of the steel, a coupled thermal and mechanical finite element method model in the mold region has been built. By calculation of the coupling, the surface temperature of the strand shell and its growth on the wide and narrow sides of the mould as well as the change regulations of air gap between the solidified shell and copper plates along the drawing direction has been summed up, providing a theoretical basis for analyzing and solving the quality problems in the mould as well as for layout and optimization of the mould breakout prediction system based on thermocouples design.
