摘  要:目的比较分析药对枳实-厚朴与其单味药的挥发油成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分离检测药对枳实-厚朴及其单味药的挥发油成分,并利用交互移动窗口因子法(AMWFA)对其共有组分进行比较分析,用质谱库结合保留指数进行定性,并采用总体积积分法定量。结果枳实、厚朴和药对枳实-厚朴挥发油成分分别定性了29,19和45种,分别占总含量的95.78%、81.01%、82.91%。药对与枳实、厚朴的共有组分分别为25和12种,三者的共有组分为5种。结论研究表明药对挥发油组分主要来自于单味药枳实。Objective To analyze the volatile constituents in herbal pair(HP) Citrus Auruntium Fructus(CAF)–Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex(CMO) and its single herbs.Methods Analysis of common volatile constituents in herbal pair(HP) and its single herbs was performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and alternative moving window factor analysis(AMWFA),at the same time the mass spectrometry library combining retention indices were used for qualitative analysis and the total volume in integral method used for quantitative analysis.Results 29,19 and 45 volatile chemical components of volatile oil from CAF,CMO and HP CAF-CMO were separately determined qualitatively,accounting for 95.78%,81.01% and 82.91% the total volatile oil from CAF,CMO and HP CAF-CMO,respectively.The results indicated that there were 25 common volatile constituents in HP CAF-CMO and single herb CAF,12 common volatile constituents in HP CAF-CMO and single herb CMO and 5 common volatile constituents among these three systems.Conclusion The volatile chemical components in HP CAF-CMO were main from single herb CMO.
