枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片配合聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗慢性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片(新络纳)配合聚乙二醇电解质散剂(舒泰清)治疗慢性便秘的疗效。方法将临床确诊病例147例随机分成治疗组51例,采用枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片配合聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗;对照1组46例,采用车前蕃泻颗粒治疗;对照2组50例,采用麻仁软胶囊治疗。结果治疗组有效率90.2%,对照1组有效率89.1%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照2组有效率74%。治疗组与对照2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片配合聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗慢性便秘的疗效与车前蕃泻颗粒疗效相当,优于麻仁软胶囊的疗效。Objective To observe effect of intestinal motility mosapride citrate tablet （The new network sodium ） with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder （Shu Taiqing） for treating chronic constipation. Methods 147 clinically confirmed chronic constipation were randomly divided into treatment group （51 patients, treated with mosapride citrate tablet and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder）, control group I （46 cases, using particle front fan diarrhea）, control group II （50 patients, received hemp seed soft capsule）. Results The effective rate were 90.2% in treatment group, compared with 89.1% in control group I （ P 〉0.05）, and 74% in control group II （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of mosapride citrate tablet with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder was similar with that of the front fan, and was better than hemp seed soft capsule.
