摘  要:根据轿车用转向助力泵的设计准则,设计出运动学特性好且流量脉动小的分段式组合曲线,运用Pro/E软件对轿车用转向助力泵进行三维实体建模及装配。运用Pro/E的Mechanism模块对转向助力泵进行运动仿真分析,得出泵的位移、速度和加速度变化曲线,并与理论推导得出的位移、速度和加速度变化曲线进行对比,可以快速、直观地对定子曲线进行优化设计。Based on the design guidelines of power steering pump of car, a good kinematics characteristic and low flux pulsation sectional combinatorial curves have been designed according to the former work. Using Pro/E, the 3D solid model and assembly of power steering pump of car were made. According to the simulation to the analysis of power steering pump of car by using Mechanism module of Pro/E, the varying curves with time of the varying curves with power steering pump of car's distance, velocity and acceleration were given out. Contrasted with the distance, velocity and acceleration which deduced with the theory, the stator curves can be optimized rapidly and intuitively.
