摘 要:针对面向订单的生产管理问题,建立一套订单管理系统,对订单统一管理。在此基础上,深入研究订单归并模型,提出基于交货期和加工工艺的订单归并聚类模型,保证工件的准时交货和加工流程的统一化。实际生产时,对归并订单进行细化分组,相似加工尺寸、同名称和同型号的工件分为一个子订单,减少加工设备的调整次数,提高生产效率。该系统在某重型机械集团公司进行应用,使订单管理更加规范化、有效化和简洁化。In order to resolve the problem of order management, an order management system is introduced and orders are unified management. On that basis, the order merging model is in-depth studied, then, an order merging-clustering model is proposed, based on the date of delivery and processing technology, which can ensure punctuality of the date of delivery and unification of the process of production. In the actual production,the merged orders are split up into some sub-orders, each one is made up of similar size, the same name and type, as a result, the number of adjusting processing equipment is reduced and the efficiency of production is improved. Finally, the system is applied to a heavy equipment manufacturer, which makes the management of orders more standardized, more effective and more simplified.
