摘　　要：从环境、基础理论、技术和管理四个方面研究图书馆管理学理论体系的影响因素,并提出资源管理、技术管理、服务管理三位一体新视角下的图书馆管理学理论体系,指出图书馆管理学理论体系的新发展趋势,即以微观管理层次为基础,三位一体发展;以宏观管理层次为突破,加强图书馆人本管理、知识管理和战略管理研究。This paper researches on library management science which is impacted by four factors： environment,basic theory,technology and management.The authors propose a new theory system of the library management science which is on the foundation of three aspects：resource management,technology management and service management.Then,the authors points out that the new developing trends of this subject ：firstly,on micro view,combine all three aspects discussed above for developing;secondly,on macro view,enhance study on library humanistic management,library knowledge management and library strategy management.
