摘　　要："深圳图书馆之城"是"开放、平等、免费"的公共图书馆理念的成功实践,其成功不仅是充足经费和先进技术的成功,更是普遍均等服务、立法保障和政府责任归位等公共图书馆理念的成功。This paper discusses how Shenzhen Public Library Net successfully put the concept of open,equal and free into practice.Its success is not only due to adequate funding and advanced technology,but also due to the public library ideology about universal and equal service,legislation guarantee,and local government taking responsibility for library.
